CHECK-IN: Guests may check in with a code anytime after 4pm.
CHECK-OUT: Guests may check out with a code anytime before 10am.
*All bathing towels and linens provided. PLEASE BRING SEPARATE TOWELS FOR LAKE USE.

LAKE USE:
-Swimming is allowed.
-Fishing is permitted (bring your poles!) with an Ohio fishing license.
-Apple Valley is a private lake, and boats aren’t permitted without an Apple Valley sticker.
-Life vests, paddle boards, and pool noodles are available for use.

HOUSE RULES & POSSIBLE GUEST SURCHARGES:
1. No pets allowed. We are animal lovers, but this is an animal free listing. If a pet is discovered on the property, a $250 fee plus damages will be charged, and the pet(s) must be removed immediately.
2. No smoking within 25 feet of the home. If our cleaners smell smoke inside the home, a $200 fee will be added to your stay. If you do smoke outdoors, please be thoughtful to discard all debris.
3. Swimming and lake use is at your own risk.

NEIGHBORHOOD:
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a private lake, and we do not allow parties or loud gatherings. It is very important to us that all our guests are respectful neighbors in terms of noise levels (music, noise, loud language, etc.). Quiet hours begin at 11pm for everyone's enjoyment.
